Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled with less than 7 working days’ notice will be charged at 50%.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

This private practice does not offer Legal Aid. However, Legal Aid for MIAM meetings may be available through other local services depending on income and capital.
If one party is eligible, Legal Aid may cover the first mediation session for the privately funded participant.
